How about a leader's response draft plans;) Originally, I created a CD boot disk with Linux + lots of application security tools. It has now evolved OWASP Web Environment test – or simply WTE. WTE is a Live CD boot and virtual devices (VMware and VirtualBox) is a means to help the test application (web application mainly) for security.
