Is this a good business idea?

Hello. I have 15 years. Let me know if you think this is a good idea. I want to start a business online. So that the idea would be to start a web development company. What I would do is create a basic website using webs.com free. We would like to buy a good domain name. We choose a theme and write a lot of articles about that topic. To make money, we sell products from affiliate referrals and ads on the site. After a month, depending on how much money we made, we go to flippa.com and sell it for 5 times. We want to create a different website each week, so finally site would be sold each week. I think this should be good because we are making passive income for a month and then sold again, and repeating. Do you think this is a good idea? Thanks.

Only in part. First built in webs.com site is not portable and if you want to do something serious to be a real site. The principles that you describe in your first paragraph is good, but I dream a lot, because it takes years to monetize a website, not weeks. For this reason, I would suggest you build your business around your own site (s) without thinking of reselling it.
